See 12 item correction notice left on site for a list of defficient items including descriptors at several tamper and flow switches, missing head boxes and spare stock of sprinklers, noted missing coverage at four new stairwell pressure fan rooms at the mech. penthouse, need to demo class 2 fire hose cabinet valves no longer connected at the penthouse, roof and basement levels, missing sprinkler protection at the penthouse level cooling tower room enclosure, repair 2nd floor NE flow switch and NE basement tamper, supervisory signals shall report at the panel within 90 seconds per NFPA 72, provide signage at stairway standpipe isolation control valves, repair tamper and flow switches at the 5th floor NE riser, need signage at the doors to control valve rooms on the 5th floor NE and SW risers, noted seismic ugrades for the standpipe floor level penetrations have not been provided.

Accepted photographic documentation of seismic bracing at four locations including the plaza level NE, NW, SE, and SW corner 4-way braces inaccessible for viewing due to confined space and asbestos abatement. Images attached under "Documents"

Need to repair fireproofing at locations where removed for hanger attatchments, okay for ceiling cover when complete.

Overhead rough-in is approved for cover at the drop ceiling areas as red lined and initialed on the stamped drawings, noted one head at a corridor to be replaced due to visible leakage at the seat.

Noted on plans areas approved for cover at the drop ceilings 5th floor south and southeast. Also noted plans do not indicate sprinkler coverage to be provided at the 5th floor elevator lobby.

Hydro test passed. Ok to cover northwest side of the third floor. As per KR

Hydrostatic test for the 3rd floor NE quad passed, OH rough-in is also acceptable pending repair of beam fireproofing at noted locations where it has been removed to install branch line hangers, also noted field modifications to floorplan layout to be documented on as-built plans.

OH hydrostatic test of the 4th floor west quad as marked on approved plan set passed, also inspected additonal corridor ceilings at the NW exit.

Inspection for the 1st floor SW quad OH fire sprinkler install is conditionally approved for cover except as noted on plans and pending satisfactory resubmittals matching the initialed field plan set.

Inspection for the first floor SE quad failed due to significant floor plan changes in comparison to approved drawings.

OH hydrostatic test for the wet system 1st floor NW quad passed.

Completed satisfactory field acceptance testing per NFPA 20 for the fire pump and controller. Test report attached. SLR

OH rough-in for the 1st floor NE quad is acceptable for cover, also completed satisfactory hydrostatic testing for this area as well.

Inspection must be performed per NFPA 20 as required.

OH fire sprinkler install at the 5th floor NE quadrant is acceptable for cover, noted one head in an OTS telephone room to be raised closer to the deck for proper heat collection, two arm overs at the restrooms to have hangers within 1' of the pendent head, seismic bracing 80% complete, the OH hydrostatic test is satisfactory.

OH rough-in for the 5th floor SE TI area is okay for cover as noted, need to relocate two overspaced heads at the atrium glass, install head in the janitors closet, repair fireproofing at some hanger locations where removed.

Inspection for overhead rough-in at the 4th floor SW quad is acceptable pending the installation of missing retaining straps at several locations on branch lines and arm-overs in the SW corner of this quadrant, hydrostatic test for the south half of the 4th floor passed.

Second floor NW quad OH hydrostatic test passed. Rough-in is good for cover at the drop ceiling areas, noted one ssu in the electrical room which needs to be relocated as discussed.

OH rough-in is acceptable to cover at the drop ceiling areas in the SE quadrant of the second floor as marked on approved plans. Hydrostatic test for this same area also performed satisfactory.
