Project includes installation of a smoke detector on each side of the rear reception area door to release door hold open device upon detection of smoke, installation of new, audible/visual notification devices in the tenant improvement area to accommodate new floor plan changes. To remodel a portion of an existing 17,833 sq ft health care office space per approved plans. Work to include, selective demolition of nonbearing partitions, installation of new reception counter, installation of new one-hour fire rated door assembly, installation of suspended ceiling system and relocation of lighting, and hvac ducts and registers as required, new floor finish, miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RMH
