This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, concrete slab floor and steel structural columns and roof joists with metal roof deck. This permit will include the construction of a 135 square foot electrical and fire riser room. This is a shell permit only and separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans. Absolute Fire Protection to install approximately 200 feet of 6" diameter C-900 underground sprinkler supply piping from the street point of connection into the riser room.
