Need forward flush, need sprinkler head in the elevator shaft relocted. The piping in the elevator shaft needs to be relocated due to the elevator guard rail. Signage is needed at the control vavles for the standpipes and at the fdc connection as discussed.

All above ground hydro tests passed except for the second floor and the fdc. The roof manifold was also flowed. The fire truck put out a max of 161psi which gave us 29 psi at the roof and 904gpm at the outlet. 141psi at the truck gave 100psi at the roof.

Today 5/10 I spent time on the Anthem project FIR06-00664, 1st - 4th floor. The first floor standpipe connection was incomplete, otherwise the 1st floor was good. The second floor was good with exception to a couple of under-spaced heads. The third floor was done with exception to the aux drain a two missing heads that were shown but not installed. The fourth floor was a little over done with 60 + extra 1.25" 90's added to the grid. I called for a re-sub for the calcs and drawings. I also took a look at the 2nd floor TI upon request. FIR07-00103. It was in great shape.
