Project is to add audible / visual fire alarm devices and HVAC monitoring to Tenant Improvement area on 2nd & 4th floors of the ADA County Courthouse. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. To finish a 2,385 square foot area on the 2nd story for Development Services, to finish a 2,342 square foot area on the 2nd story for the Law Clerk, and to remodel a 802 square foot area on the 4th story for Family Court Services. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
