Ordinary temp SW heads in the skylights on the second floor are not permitted, need to provide a "911" sign at the outside bell, contractor to provide a pitot guage and playpipes to enable forward flow testing of the BFP as indicated in plan attatched fire code review notes.

Overhead hydrostatic test passed. Noted two heads at the entryway high ceiling area which exceed max. allowable 130ft/2 for this system, the FDC ball drip will not function properly as installed, missing one flex coupling at the 21/2 feed to the lower office area where it passes through the floor, ssu's below the stairs at two locations are not installed, the remainder of system rough-in appears acceptable.
