Description
Scott Hedrick Construction RCE-5186) (Casey Family Programs - Addition) To construct a 748 sq. ft. one story addition to the south side of the existing 6,691 sq. ft. office building.. This building is fully fire sprinkled for area. The existing wet system will be extended into the new addition through out the heated areas. The existing dry pipe system will be extended to serve the new attic space. The addition does not appear to adversely affect the existing sprinkler system.
When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification. This Fire Sprinkler permit is attached to BLD06-01672

Plans do not match installation. Per Leroy the as-builts have been faxed downtown. I let him know that faxed as-builts won't be accepted. Especially faxed plans that have to be picked up downtown. The as-builts, had they been full size and on the job site would not have been accepted by me due to the amount of changes from the approved to the installed product. Leroy's shop drawings don't match either set. Resubmittals are going to be required.
