This project is to add audible visual notification and a NAC panel to the second floor. Only the basement of this building is fire sprinklered. Building Permit BLD06- 01893 is to construct an 8,292 square foot whole floor office tenant space on the 2nd story of an existing building. The elevator was constructed and the roof top HVAC units were installed under permit BLD06-00879. The restrooms were going to be constructed under that permit but will instead be constructed under this permit. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, an interior glass block wall, millwork, interior finishes, and suspended ceilings. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. **CJW**
