I stopped the inspection after just looking at the east tenant. In the upstairs office areas there are two upright heads on the north side of the ducting that have not been installed, two uprights have been painted and one 2'-5" armover has no hanger

The underground piping is ok to cover. The sprinkler piping for the first floor offices is ok to cover as well. Per Nick Anderson the extended coverage sidewall heads will operate off of the existing pipe size but will still be resubmitted.

This inspection was for the office areas of the building only. The first problem is the CC upright heads are not installed correctly on the first floor. They exceed the listed 1 1/2" to 4" from the deck. The second problem is the floor plans for the second story area do not match what is existing. Pendants need to be installed in corridors and upright sprinkler heads are missing and additional uprights are going to be required at the office/warehouse separation wall. Thirdly the sprinkler protection for the interior of the outside canopy has been deleted and dry sidewall heads installed to provide protection below. The deleted portion of this sprinkler system was a remote area. Resubmittals, to the city of boise, will be required with all of the changes prior to inspection of the areas that have been effected.

Notified fire sprinkler contractor that the underground supply piping is required to be installed with the top of pipe below 4'-6" of the finish grade. A lively discussion ensued with the outcome being the piping is to be buried as stated, 4'-6".
