Description
To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a new four bedroom, 6367-ft/2 two story single family dwelling. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.

The corrected calculations have been verified to include a 1”meter as required. Three additional heads were added as a result of the field changes. All revisions are clouded and noted to be Rev 2 date 11/13/07.

A domestic shutoff valve has been installed that is not shown on the plans or in the hydraulic calculations. Provide revised plans to the city of boise for verification of the changes. The wrong backflow has been installed. Provide heads and as-builts per review note #4. Flush the underground supply. Certify backflow.
