This building is fire sprinklered for fire area and fire flow. To remodel the 3,917 square foot drinking and dining area within an existing 6,857 square foot restaurant building. Work is to include interior windows, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, interior finishes, new entry doors, new exterior windows at the entry, new exterior awnings, and a new exterior parapet/façade structure. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
