To construct a 9,983 square foot office tenant space on the 2nd story of BoDo Building #7 (Northeast corner). Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a shower room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. Western States Fire Protection to raise an existing 4" sprinkler main to accomodate new HVAC tenant modifications.
