This permit is to add audible visual notification and HVAC monitoring to a first time tenant improvement project. The work will be an extension and addition to the existing fire alarm system. Building permit # BLD06-02883 is to finish a 1,500 square foot office tenant space. This tenant space will include five offices, a 155 square foot conference room, a small break room and a reception area. This tenant space for Express Personnel is located in the south west corner of the second floor of the Anderson Black Eagle Center building. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. The shell and core was constructed under BLD05-03105. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
