To remodel an area of about 775 sq ft in and existing 54,785 sq ft office building per approved plans. Work to inlcude, construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create office spaces, relocation of lighting and HVAC diffusers, repair ceiling and flooring as needed, miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alteration to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT. And shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. *RMH* TVFP to install and/or relocate existing SSP's to accomodate new wall and ceiling locations.
