To install a life safety NFPA 13D system in an existing new eight bedroom, three bath, one story single family dwelling. In order to meet requirements, the system will include a 400 gal. holding tank and a 5hp booster pump as adequate supply and pressure was not available through the public water supply.
System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
