This permit is to begin work on a fire alarm system for a new tenant that is to occupy the second level. Work includes elevator recall functions, shunt trip and shunt trip power monitoring. HVAC duct smoke detectors and continuation of the audible visual requirements for this building. Building permit # BLD07-00032 is to remodel an existing 13853 sq ft second floor office space per approved plans. Work to include, to remove 40 lf of nonbearing partitions and extend approximately 80 lf of partial height walls to eight feet high, this will still leave approximately 2 ft of clearnace to the existing ceiling system, installation of two new doors, and miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
