Scope of Work
* To install a fire life safety NFPA 13R system to prevent flashover (total involvement) in the room of fire origin, where sprinklered, and to improve the chance for occupants to escape or be evacuated, in a new 9,400-ft/2 two story, six unit apartment building starting at the top of a 2" Watts Series 007 Backflow Double Check control. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dedicated 2" underground water supply and the backflow prevention device shall be per NFPA 13R, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
