Scope of Work
Beginning from the supply side of the Back Flow Device, (Supplied By Others). Install a life safety modified NFPA 13D system in a new one story duplex. 2,426-ft/2. (Units 4313 & 4315 Combined). The modification is the installation of a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along the common wall attached to the garage and the living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. This plan review is a result of changes made in the field during construction that warranted a complete resubmittal including a revised set of calculations. A new riser location has been noted on the plans dated 08/09/07 noted as Revision #1.
