Building permit BLD07-00842 is the Interior remodel for a new 9,683 sq. ft. office tenant in the northwest corner of the 5th floor of an existing high-rise building per approved plans. Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, counters/casework, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. Work will include a common core hallway/non-rated corridor connecting to the north and south exit stairs on the west half of the building. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered by March of 2011 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. JCB
