Scope of Work
This permit is to install a new Anti-freeze fire sprinkler system in an existing residential assisted living center per Idaho State Department of Health & Welfare Division of Facility Standards. R-4 occupancy will be used by this office as the closest requirement for this type of residential assisted living center home. No Building permit is associated with this work. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.

The underground supply piping is ok to cover. The piping has only been buried at 4' but per the contractor the additional required 6" will be supplied by building up the ground cover. This will be verified at the sprinkler rough-in.
