Scope of Work: Under Ground Only
Beginning from an existing 6” C900 line stubbed in from the street off of W. Fairfield Ave., continue the 6” out and stub up into the riser room of the new 59,007-ft/2 bldg. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire “Inspection Card” are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD07-00143.
