Scope of Work: Overhead Only
The fire sprinkler scope of work includes relocating the existing FDC to the wall outside of the existing riser location, adding a forward flow assembly and adding an additional riser to the existing manifold to serve through out the new 32,622-ft/2 warehouse addition as required. The new warehouse will be built for future Tenant space as indicated on these plans.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. Modify the existing system by adding and relocating heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout as indicated on sheet FP-2 Dated Revision 2 07-2007. Arm-overs to new head locations will be achieved utilizing mechanical tees. This review is limited to the interior of the project as outlined on sheet FP-2 @ Col. B & D, 11-9. Total # of heads affected is 25.
