Scope of Work
Modify the existing system. The work includes adding a wet riser to serve the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. On the first floor, cap the existing supply’s to the upper floors. This will separate the first floor. Provide new floor control to the 2nd - 4th floors. Nun a new 2.5” supply loop on the first floor to feed the upper floors. In addition, all of the existing head on the 1st through 4th floors will be changed out to QR. All fire sprinkler work and related shall be performed per NFPA 13, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. This permit is not attached to any other permit.
