Beginning from an existing 8” C900 line in from the street off of W. Boeing ST., run 146’ of 6” C900 out and stub up into the riser room of the new 20,056-ft/2 bldg. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire “Inspection Card” are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. Install a wet pipe system through out the new 20,056-ft/2 structure. The system is designed to protect Ordinary Group II in the Truck Shop. Miscellaneous storage may be stored in a solid pile configuration or on shelves only up to 12’-0”. No rack storage has been reviewed or approved under this permit. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
