Description
This fire alarm permit is to release a preaction sprinkler system solenoid with a fire suppression panel output. The preaction sprinkler system is arranged as a double interlock system using the suppression system smoke detectors and sprinkler low alarm monitored by the fire suppression panel to release the pre action solenoid. Building permit BLD07-00354 is to construct approximately 170 lineal feet of 8 inch reinforced, solid grouted, concrete block interior walls. The masonry walls are constructed to the underside of the existing concrete mezzanine floor level. The concrete walls will create a new 3,490 square foot Outer Storage Vault #B102 and a new 610 square foot Inner Storage Vault #B102A. These vaults will be located at the east end of existing storage building #B. All construction shall be per the approved plans. JCM

The releasing panel would not trip the valve. The required second permit for the two panel interconnecton was not called in and was not tested. I did test the some of the smoke detectors and all of the manual pulls. But this test really should be started over.
