This permit is to add two new kitchen hood extinguishing systems to an existing kitchen hood extinguishing circuit that is monitored by a fire sprinkler monitoring panel. Building Permit BLD07-00665 is to remodel an existing 6,726 sq.ft. restaurant (formerly Black Angus) for a new restaurant (Moshi Moshi) tenant per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition of non-bearing divider partitions; to construct new dividers, install four (4) booth seating units; two 16 seat Tepan-Yaki cooking/dining areas; a floor area of 440 sq. ft. for three accessible private Tatami Dining areas; open dining areas, two Type I Hoods with listed 1-hour rated Firemaster grease duct enclosure wrap, per ESR 2213 (attached) or equal; new interior decorative features and interior finishes. Existing HVAC & interior lighting to remain as-is per note from architect. An accessible route is required to be maintained to all areas of the building and accessible seating in the four different dining area noted above. drs
