The Permitted Work Scope: Overhead Only
Relocate 10 and 4 add pendant heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout in suite 180. The sprinkler work shall be performed in accordance with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-03540. When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The “Riser” and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.09/13/07 Revised Work Scope: Overhead Only Suite 180
This plan review of a previously approved set of plans is due to piping changes made during construction. Six additional heads were added. The plans now show one head supplied from any l" outlet. Calculations have been provided.

The plans do not match the installation and per Chris the fitter as-builts are being submitted. The biggest issue is multiple heads off of 1" outlets. This is not allowed and is stated as such on the review comments in red.
