This fire alarm permit is to install a new manual and automatic fire alarm system with AFS monitoring, smoke control systems (AHU shutdown, damper and door release), elevator recall, and audible visual notification, (chimes) and nurse call supervision. Building permit BLD07-00274 is to construct a new 50,275 square foot, two story, steel framed advanced care hospital building and related site improvements. This building will contain administrative offices, a therapy gym, dining room, commercial kitchen and ambulance drive-thru on the first floor. The second floor contains forty patient rooms, a pharmacy, day room, staff break room and storage areas. First Floor: 29,425 sq. ft., Second Floor 20,850 sq. ft..
