Description
Original Permitted Work Scope: The fire sprinkler scope of work includes modifying the existing system by adding and relocating 215 new down heads on the 3rd floor of the East Wing to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout in the patent rooms. This permit is attached to BLD07-01690. When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. 10/01/07 Revised Permitted Work Scope:
This was a review of a previously approved plan that was modified to meet requirements during construction. "Scope of Work", St. Luke's RMC had required all COU rooms to have the same fire wall corridor that is in the East Tower. These rooms will be fed off of the East Tower system #17. All existing East Annex system #48 piping will be demo'd and capped in this area. Sprinkler head layout will remain the same as previously submitted. The fire sprinkler scope of work includes modifying the existing system by tying a new 1.5” branch line into the existing east system to supply 10 heads along the fire wall between column lines 35 – 37 & N2 – J9. Noted as revision 1, dated 09/18/07 on sheet FP

Almost all of the ceiling tile has been installed prior to a rough-in inspection. I let Cole know that the ceiling tile needs to come back out. Only the areas as marked on the approved plans were ok to cover. No inspection performed.
