Description
Scope of Work - Beginning from the supply side of the Back Flow Device, (Supplied By Others) To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a new two story, single family dwelling of 3205-ft/2 including a 2nd floor Bonus Room. The modification is the installation of a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along the common wall attached to the garage and the living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per IFC2003 903, NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. These previously approved plans were resubmitted for review due to owner changes made in the Master Bedroom which resulted in an adverse affect on the remote area of sprinkler operation. The revised piping plan and calculation submitted are approved.

The sprinkler rough-in is ok but the tenting is not done yet. The sprinkler piping can not be covered yet. Plans need to be resubmitted since a sprinkler head has been added in the single head calc area. It appears this area is now the new two head remote area.
