Scope of Work: Overhead & Underground
Beginning from an existing 6” supply at first flange above the finished floor inside the south end of the basement. The Underground scope of work including a Post Indicating Valve was done by others also located on the South side of the Bldg. The overhead fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing three 4” wet risers to serve each of the three levels through out the entire 25,565-ft/2 vanilla shell bldg. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD07-01386, BLD02-00542 & UG permit FIR02-00442.
