overheadScope of Work: Overhead & Underground
The Underground scope of work includes connecting to an existing 6” C-900 capped line located 49’-0” out from the bldg. which was provided by others. Run the new section of 8” C-900 out and up into the riser room. The overhead fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing a 8” wet riser and a compound grid system to serve through out the entire 32,942-ft/2 bldg. The new warehouse will be built for future racking system as indicated on these plans sheet FP-2. Any future racking plans shall be submitted under a separate permit. During the future rack system modification a 1.5” hose system will also be installed designed to reach all portions of the bldg. in accordance with NFPA13 chapter 8.16.5. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD07-00735.
