This fire alarm permit is to replace an existing fire alarm control panel, add manual pull stations, audible visual notification and automatic smoke detection as required for daycares. Building permit BLD07-01372 is to remodel the existing 13,693 sq.ft. Montessori School Child Care Facility (established under MIS04-00176, C.O. #10272) by removing existing offices, kitchen and meeting areas; too create two new classrooms and support areas; reconfigure bathrooms to serve new classrooms; add new exterior doors such that all classrooms have exits directly to exterior; create two new office areas, an Art Room and Library; change the use of the sanctuary into an indoor exercise area. Scope of work will not increase existing building area or occupancy use group per the original certificate of occupancy of 8/31/04, but it will change the total occupant load. All per approved plans, zoning ordinance, central district health and licensing requirements of Boise City Clerk.
