Flow switch has not been wired to the alarm bell, not all ceilings have been finished, missing escheons and exposed cpvc piping under the east basement stairs. Also a sprinkler head at the top of the west stairs, first floor, needs to be relocated away from a can light or an intermediate temperature head needs to be installed as per 7.5.5.3 of NFPA 13D.

Sprinkler piping is ok to cover. I let the builder and on a previous visit the owner know my concerns that the tenting is maintained and that adequate insulation is provided.

The tenting is still inadequate in areas. I did not find the framer when I was on site but the builder called me later and I let him know the areas of concern. He will fix these and call it back in for monday.

There are still major tenting issues. I went over them with the fire sprinkler contractor and the framer.

See the city approved plans for locations where sprinkler pendants and sidewalls are overspaced. The tenting is inadequate and/or missing in many locations. Also the piping in supposed heated areas is open to unheated areas. In several locations the piping has been rerouted and additional heads have been added due to architectural features. Provide asbuilt plans prior to cover approval.
