Revised Scope of Work:
The contractor made revisions in the field during construction that resulted in complete resubmittal of the calculations and piping plan. The revisions included pipe size changes and adjustments to the hydraulic and seismic calculations. The revision is dated 06/27/08 and noted to be Rev 1. The original plans were approved with conditions on 12/07/07. During the second review, all of the original conditions of approval were verified for compliance. Scope of Work:
To install a complete wet pipe system in a new 55,415-ft/2, two story building designed for parts storage. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground supply was permitted separately under FIR07-00812. Both this and the underground permits are attached to building permit: BLD07-01884.
