This fire alarm permit is to modify an existing tenant space and provide audible visual notification throughout, HVAC shutdown and monitoring also installation of a manual pull station in the sprinkler riser room. Building permit BLD07-01556 is to combine two tenant spaces within the Hillcrest Shopping Center to create one 8,248 square foot branch library for the City of Boise. Selective demolition is also covered under this permit. Work is to include two restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, finishes, 'Solatube' skylights, and a new exterior concrete landing and stairway. In addition, one new opening will be created in an existing masonry wall. Steel headers and jambs will be provided.
