Descriptor for the new manual pull station is not accurate, need to provide an updated map at the panel reflecting correct floorplan and device locations, duct detectors could not be tested due to locked thermostat controls for the HVAC units, lock at the panel breaker installed while on site, one overspaced notification device repositioned while on site, 95cd ceiling mounted appliances not to exceed spacing guidelines, recommend lower decible settings at the restrooms due to sound pressure levels near 110 dBA at the minimum hearing distance, EOL voltage not tested at this time.
