This fire alarm quick permit is to add two ceiling mounted horn strobes to an existing non-required manual and automatic fire alarm system with required sprinkler monitoring. Building permit BLD07-03101 is to remodel an existing office tenant space adding 933 sq/ft. to include adding five new offices and the removal of one existing office. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Separate permits will be required prior to occupancy.
