Noted four overspaced notification devices, two smoke detectors will need relocated, transponder panel has been moved from location shown on plans, battery trouble at the transponder is incorrectly descripted, speaker at one appliance at the cafeteria seating area is not operating correctly, noted cd ratings at various strobes are different from plan set, remainder of notification and initiation devices on the 4th floor tested acceptable, also tested kitchen hood alarm interconnection and freight elevator smoke guard door.
