Description |
The Scope of Work: (Clearwater Advisors Expansion) Add open office, offices, Conference room, and new restroom. Ext 1hr corridor and install 3 20 min doors. This (10,922 square feet) office tenant space on the 10th story of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, interior doors, sidelights, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
The fire sprinkler work consists of adding and relocating heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with IFC 2006 & NFPA 13 2007 as regulated by the Fire Department.
When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The “Riser” and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification. The permit is attached to BLD08-00130.
