One upright head adjacent to the mech. room is too close to the wall, FDC piping needs a hanger on the horizontal piece and bracing/support for the vertical run, missing PRV at the riser, noted one added head at the electrical room. Riser needs calc. stickers, signage, backflow certification, forward flow test, and tamper/flow testing in conjunction with the fire alarm work.
