OH install at the east office area first and second floors for rooms and areas completed to date are okay for cover, no access at one hallway due to flooring work underway, missing heads at two utility rooms 2nd floor, verified corrections are finished at the entry vestibule, need access to verify coverage at the concealed combustible spaces under the stairway at two locations. Hydrostatic testing for the new 10"supply main at the warehouse completed satisfactory, also discussed seismic bracing issues.

New supply line pipe hydrostatic test is not ready for inspection due to leakage per contractor, also okayed areas as red-lined on approved plan set at the front office entry hard lids-noted three ret. straps to be attatched and one head to be relocated for correct min. spacing requirements.

Inspection for cover at the womens and mens restrooms for the office area east side failed due to two pendent sprinkler heads which do not meet obstruction tables per NFPA 13.
