Scope of Work: St. Lukes Family Health at Hospitality Lane (Shell Only) - To construct a new 9,260 square foot, one story, and wood framed medical office building and related site improvements. This shell building will have two future tenant spaces. A 6,965 square foot medical office tenant space is being constructed on the east side of this building under BLD07-03137. The second tenant space, on the west to be finished at a future date under a separate permit. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. UG Scope: Beginning from an existing 6” NRS valve located m the street off of East Gowen Road, run 103’ of 6” C900 out and rise up into the new 9,450-ft/2 bldg. riser room with 6” ductile iron pipe. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2007, NFPA 24-2007 the IFC-2006, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire “Inspection Card” are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD07-03136.
