Work Scope: St. Lukes Family health Medical Clinic Tenant Improvement - To finish a 6,965 square foot medical office tenant space on the east side of a new office shell building. The shell building is being constructed under building permit BLD07-03136. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
OH Scope:
The Fire Sprinkler scope consists modifying the existing shell system by adding 82 pendants and 110 upright heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling lay out in the in this medical office. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-03137.
