Work Scope: OH - Beginning from an existing supply 6” supply located within a 1 hour rated riser room at the North West corner of the bldg. install a 4” wet riser and wet pipe grid system to serve through out the entire bldg. The system is designed to Light Hazard through out the office and Exam rooms. The Underground was approved under a separate permit FIR08-00182
This permit is attached to BLD07-02854 & BLD07-03136. St. Lukes Family Health at Hospitality Lane (Shell Only) - To construct a new 9,260 square foot, one story, wood framed medical office building and related site improvements. This shell building will have two future tenant spaces. A 6,965 square foot medical office tenant space is being constructed on the east side of this building under BLD07-03137. The second tenant space, on the west to be finished at a future date under a separate permit. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground was previously approved under separate permit # FIR08-00148.
