OH Sprinkler Scope:
Install a new 13D modified fire sprinkler system through out the single story single family dwelling to include coverage in the closets. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. The system will be supplied from an existing 1” poly dedicated fire line. (by others) All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes a single dedicated service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
