Bldg. Scope of Work:
(ADA COUNTY EMS - SHEFFIELD BUILDING #1) To build out and finish a 2,432 sq. ft. portion of an 7,800 sq. ft. building as an office, activity area, kitchen, three residential sleeping rooms, office and one emergency vehicle parking garage for Ada County Paramedics per approved plans and CUP07-00143.This BUILDING is to be fully sprinklered as a condition of this permit due to residential occupancy. Work includes construction of interior non-bearing walls to create the office, dining/living, kitchen, mechanical, bedrooms, laundry, restrooms, data and ambulance storage rooms. Plans indicate a 1-hour wall between this tenant space and space to east and between the ambulance storage and other use areas with door/frame/hardware assemblies of 60 minutes for doors 102A & 106. Work also includes new suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines in main areas and hard drywall lid in ambulance storage, restrooms, sleeping , mechanical and data rooms; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing and install new NFPA 13 sprinkler with alarm system throughout the building as a condition of this permit due to 'R' occupancy sleeping rooms. All per approved plans including red-lined notes on plans and all attached plan review comments and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. drs
UG Scope:
Shilo’s scope will begin from the existing and section and section of 6” C900 located 16’ onto the property line by United Water. From there, run 25’-0” of 6” C900 out and rise up into the riser room of an existing 7,800-ft/2 bldg. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2007, NFPA 24-2007 the IFC-2006, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire “Inspection Card” are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD08-00277. The overhead will be submitted under a separate permit.
