Scope of Work: UG & OH
Beginning from an existing 1” water meter & 1” poly line stubbed in from the street by United Water, run 35’ of under ground piping out and stub up into an existing 3820-ft/2 single story 8 bed assisted living facility. From the supply, install a 1.5” Back Flow Device and wet riser. An anti-freeze system of CPVC will serve out this existing structure in accordance with NFPA 13R. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes the single service water supply and the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per IFC2006 903, NFPA 13R, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
