FDC underground and dry yard hydrant AS-Built. Treasure Valley scope will begin from the property line, from there run out 27’-0’ OF 6” C-900 and rise up into the rated riser room of a new 31,375-ft/2 single story bldg. The scope also includes running 185’-0’ OF 4” C-900 from the west side of the bldg. out to a remote FDC location. In addition, the contractor will install a yard hydrant also on the west side of the Bldg. which is to be supplied by a remote FDC with a run of 140’-0” of 4” C-900 in accordance with the BFD requirements.
The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2007, NFPA 24-2007 the IFC-2006. This work is associated with BLD08-00664.
