11/22/08 Revised FIR OH Scope:
These plans were submitted as an as-built of the work performed. Four additional heads were added during construction to meet code. The revision has been noted as Rev. #1 and dated 11/17/08. FIR UG Scope: Beginning from an existing 6” UG gate valve located off of Diamond Street, run 96’-0” of 6” C-900 out and rise up into the existing structure to supply the system riser.
Revised FIR OH Scope:
Beginning from a 6” supply located with the 1 hour rated riser room located at the SE corner of the building, install a 4” vertical wet riser and a wet grid system to serve through out the entire structure. The system supply will be controlled from a wall PI valve. Any future rack plans shall be submitted under a separate permit. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
