This fire alarm permit is to add and remove notification as needed to accommodate a 1st floor tenant improvement. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.
Associated building permit: BLD08-00795 *(SUPERVALUE)* - *(PHASE 5B)*-(1st Floor) To remodel a 10,009 sq.ft. area within existing 257,200 sq.ft. 1st story, located in the interior southwest quadrant of the building. New office space construction and remodel per tenant improvement plans. Work to include, selective demolition of interior nonbearing partitions, construction of new partitions for private office spaces, small conference rooms, and open office area, repair and relocate existing suspended ceiling and lighting, relocate any diffusers as necessary, this building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
